Challenge
FAB had already introduced ESG policies to cut down on plastic waste, yet the usage of single-use bottles in offices was still high. The challenge was to go beyond policy and spark a cultural shift — making employees rethink their everyday choices and inspiring them to take ownership in reducing plastic consumption.
Idea
“Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. #ReThinkPlastic”
Through bold, thought-provoking visuals showing a world overwhelmed by plastic, FAB launched a campaign that made the issue impossible to ignore. By reframing sustainability as a collective responsibility, the initiative encouraged small behavior changes — from swapping bottles to reusing containers — proving that together, employees can save the planet from plastic.
